We’re All Gonna Make It

If you’ve spent any time as an independent personal trainer, you know the grind. You love coaching. You love seeing your clients hit PRs, transform their bodies, and build confidence they never had before. But somewhere between your sixth client of the day and the spreadsheet you’re staring at at 10pm, the job starts to feel less like coaching and more like data entry.

That’s the problem WAGMI was built to solve.

What We’re Building

WAGMI is a workout programming tool designed specifically for independent trainers who move fast. Instead of dragging exercises into clunky builders or wrestling with Excel formulas, you just type — the way you actually think when you’re programming. Messy notes, shorthand, abbreviations — whatever gets the workout out of your head fastest.

Our system takes those raw notes and instantly structures them into polished, client-ready programs. No reformatting. No clicking through menus. Just type, and it’s done.

The Beta

We’re now in private beta, working closely with a small group of trainers to refine the experience before a wider launch. Beta users get early access to all features, a direct line to the team, and a rate that’s locked in for life.

If you’re a trainer who programs more than five clients a week and you’re tired of the administrative overhead, WAGMI might be exactly what you’ve been waiting for.

What’s Coming

Over the next few months, we’ll be rolling out:

  • Client Management — Track injuries, PRs, check-ins, and preferences in one place that automatically informs every program you write
  • Automated Analytics — Volume, intensity, and compliance charts built automatically from your programs

We’ll be sharing updates here on the blog, including deep dives into the training science behind the features, workflow tips, and stories from trainers in the beta.

Welcome aboard. We’re all gonna make it.
